2011 Photo Contest

The 2011 Photo Contest was well received and participated in by the membership. So well, that once again, we held another Photo Contest. This year, the ANROA Executive decided to choose one topic —Landscapes in our Protected Areas.

Every single Conservation Officer, from North to South, East to West, prairie to boreal to mountains, sees these beautiful Protected landscapes every patrol day.

Here’s an opportunity for you to look through your digital photos and choose one to share with us to capture where you work and why you work so diligently to protect, preserve and promote our Parks here in Alberta.

Theme: Alberta’s Protected Landscapes -“The Great Outdoors”

Rules:
1. Photo must be taken by an ANROA member (full, associate or honorary)
2. Maximum of 1 photos per person
3. Location and Date must be submitted with photo
4. Picture has to be of our protected areas

Prizes:
– 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded this year
– all pictures will be posted on the ANROA Website

Voting:
voting was done on Aprill 16, 2011 at the Annual General Meeting. Winners are shown on the right. thank you to all who participated in the contest and thank you for allowing us to display them on our website.
